BDSM Lifestyle and daily life

Life is dynamic therefore it is important to adjust rules and structure to situations where it is needed! Of course there are rules and structures which are set in stone and which will probably not change but as a responsible Master you have to stay open minded and read the signals.

This does not mean you have to change something only because you read signals from your slaves that he dislikes something! It is part of his being as slave to endure stuff he dislikes and accepts that you are in charge of him but it is important that you notice it, reinforce him positively and keep an eye on him that it does not cross a certain line where it would be destructive or effects his development negatively!

Such a special situation could be short or long while. Situation like a persistent cold, special situation at work or family matter which require some temporarily or sometimes permanent changes.

Recently we both had a persistent cold, still a bunch of stuff to do at work and a lot of private appointments. Of course also then my slave is still my slave but because of the situation I keept him only in normal protocol. Trainings and some tasks were canceled for two weeks. Household and serving me was of course still his duty but a lot of protocols were set on hold during these weeks.

This example is what I mean with you have to adapt to situation. The situation will be soon back to what it was and I am sure I will compensate the "partial break" by keeping my slave more often in high protocol and using him intensively when the situation is back to normal. Also to let him know that this was only a temporary adaption to the situation.

Being a Master and living the lifestyle is a huge part of me. I recognize that it bothered me to see my slave outside these protocols, having these "privileges" but I know that this was the right thing to do! That it helped my slave to recover faster.
