Two people kissing is a symbol of desire, affection if not love but in BDSM a kiss can mean slighly something different and of course the kiss is different. Moreover it is mostly an unequal kiss which gets not reciprocated. A slave kissing the boots or the feets of a Superior clearly shows his place and acceptence in the hierarchy.
